HAMILTON, Ontario — October 23, 2026 — EECOMOBILITY showcased its EECOPOWER battery testing platform at The Battery Show North America 2026, held October 13–15 at Huntington Place in Detroit. Through live demonstrations at Booth #2629, the team connected with battery manufacturers, automotive OEMs and automation providers exploring faster, more reliable methods of battery quality assessment.
EECOPOWER combines Open Circuit Voltage (OCV), AC Internal Resistance (ACIR) and rapid Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) measurements with AI analysis of more than 1,400 diagnostic indicators. Designed to complete cell tests in under three seconds, the platform helps identify abnormalities that conventional electrical checks may overlook. EECOPOWER is already deployed in OEM and battery manufacturing environments globally.
Discussions at the booth focused on applying rapid diagnostics in real production settings. Topics included customer-specific evaluation using representative battery cells, integration with automation equipment and manufacturing execution systems, and traceability of test results. Visitors also explored applications in incoming cell inspection, inline production screening and module testing, each with different configuration requirements.
The conversations reflected an industry priority: improving battery quality assessment without compromising manufacturing throughput. EECOMOBILITY is focused on helping manufacturers translate electrical test data into more informed and repeatable quality decisions.
